BENGALS PULL MCFLY FROM THE JAGUARS
Cincinnati, Ohio

Long time Bengals affiliate Kaz McFly is coming home to Cincinnati. After a almost 2 year stint in Jacksonville where he has lead the Jaguars to a potential playoff birth in his just his 2nd season as GM he has agreed to take over the Bengals and turnaround an organization that was in full disarray with the last GM. "I've spoken with many within the organization and the word "relief" has been the common theme." said McFly. "We got work to do. Right now we have some key pieces out with injuries that we hope to get back soon and close the season on a strong note." McFly is currently speaking to reporters.

Reporter 1:
"Kaz you are stepping into a pretty tough situation right now. With Burrow injured and the teams moral pretty low how do you see the remainder of the season playing out?"

KM:
"Coming in sitting at 2-11 is not how I envisioned my beginnings but I'm up for the challenge. We are going to focus on fundamentals to close out the season. We are going to start getting team in position for a strong off season by finishing this season strong. Joe (Burrow) is out for another two weeks and we have faith in Kyle Allen to lead the team until then."

Reporter 2:
"Statistically you are walking into a situation where you rank at the bottom in every category. What will you do to resolve this."

KM:
"This team has weapons across the board. We have tremendous offensive fire power that unfortunately has been mishandled to be blunt." We are going to correct that. They are young and dangerous. It is just a matter of getting them in the right position for success. Our defense is ready and will be willing to hit someone in the mouth."

Reporter 3:
" The Bengals have a top 10 pick going into the draft. Any area you see of real concern?"

KM:
"There are some areas that I can see us looking to improve but right now my focus is getting our guys back on track for the remainder of the season"
