I opted to integrate Discord into our site rather than install a site shoutbox. I figured everyone here is either familiar with Discord or was able to get the app on their phone for ease of use.
How does it work?
- Once registering for the site you should be automatically registered /added to our discord chat. Permissions are shared between the Website and Discord server and your username (GamerTag) is forced to be displayed that way as well on Discord to avoid confusion.
- In the bottom right on the website you can view the server by clicking the discord link or in the top navigation bar. Anything posted from there will show up as a guest on the server though so if you want people to know who posted it the best bet is to open the Discord app and post it there.
- This will be our main way of communication for the league so please use it as often as possible.
- You can disable the chat integration popup by going int your account settings here.
